Hello, I'm Matt!

Hi, I’m Matt, a husband and father living in the greater Nashville area and I'm a full time content creator and woodworking educator who founded the MWA Woodworks brand in 2014. My primary focus is providing you with high quality woodworking content that educates and inspires. MWA Woodworks Shop is where you can come to purchase high quality PDF project plans to help you build your projects faster and better.

I began my woodworking journey in 2012 when my family gave me my first woodworking tool, a portable table saw, for father's day. I began my DIY experience making projects all over our home and then I discovered the power of social media and sharing what I was learning with others.

I love educating and soon branched out by becoming a video creator on YouTube and now offer PDF project plans for the things I build on my channel so you can build them too!
