Shipping policy

MWA Woodworks Shop sells two types of products: digital downloads (PDF project plans, STL files, and templates) and physical products (3D-printed woodworking jigs and accessories). Each is delivered differently, as outlined below.

Digital Products

All woodworking plans, STL files, and digital templates are delivered as instant digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped for these products.

After your purchase is complete:

  • A download link will appear on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout
  • A copy of the download link will also be sent to the email address you provided at checkout
  • If you created an account at shopmwawoodworks.com, all of your past digital purchases can be re-downloaded at any time from your account page

Digital downloads are compatible with PCs, Macs, tablets, and mobile devices. We do not offer printed or shipped versions of any plan or digital file.

Physical Products

Physical products are made-to-order by our production partner in Santa Barbara, CA, and ship directly to you from California.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Larger or custom orders may take longer; if so, we will notify you by email.

Shipping carrier and method: We typically ship via USPS / UPS.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships to the email address given at time of purchase.

Estimated delivery time (after shipment):

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: We currently do not ship internationally

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders: If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at physical@mwawoodworks.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer; in such cases, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
